In-house labor

Save a few bucks and bring your computer, printer, or other piece of equipment to our Plainville office. All in-house labor is billed at $60 per hour. In addition, a diagnostic fee is required when the equipment is dropped off:

If you have us perform the recommended repair, we will credit the diagnostic fee from your final bill.

On-site labor

We have no problem sending a technician out to your house. All on-site labor is billed at $75 per hour, and there are no diagnostic fees.

Payment Options

We accept cash, check, and Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Diners Club credit or debit cards. All labor is billed at minimum one hour.
